1. Reservations and Bookings

Reservations can be made through the RTW Hostel website or through our booking system powered by MotoPress Hotel Booking Engine. To secure a reservation, guests must pay a 10% deposit of the total booking price at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival at the hostel.

2. Payment Terms

Guests are required to pay a 10% deposit to confirm their reservation. The remaining balance may be paid at check-in using the following payment methods:

  • Cash
  • Credit or debit cards
  • Cryptocurrency

RTW Hostel accepts major credit cards including:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express

Online deposits and payment processing may be handled through third-party services such as Stripe, PayPal, MotoPress Booking Platform, or hostel property management systems (PMS).

3. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their booking at any time; however, the 10% reservation deposit is non-refundable.

4. No-Show Policy

If a guest does not arrive for their reservation and has not canceled in advance, they will be charged the full price of their first night.

5. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in begins at 2:00 PM.

Check-out is at 12:00 PM.

Early Check-In

Early check-in may be permitted if the room or bed is already prepared.

Late Check-Out

Late check-out may be available for an additional fee of $3.50, subject to availability.

6. Age Requirement

RTW Hostel is strictly an 18+ property. All guests must be 18 years of age or older and must present valid identification at check-in.

7. House Rules

To maintain a safe and respectful environment for all guests, the following rules apply:

  • Quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the hostel.
  • Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
  • Guests may bring outside alcohol, but must drink responsibly.
  • Red wine spilled on hostel linens will result in a $50 cleaning fee.
  • Guests may not bring outside visitors into the hostel unless they are registered guests or intending to rent a room.

Failure to follow house rules may result in removal from the property without refund.

8. Dormitory Rules

RTW Hostel offers shared dormitory accommodations.

  • Lockers are provided for guests.
  • Guests are responsible for securing their own belongings.
  • RTW Hostel is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Female Dorm

RTW Hostel includes a female-only dormitory called Terminal 4. Only female guests are permitted in this room.

9. Property and Damages

Guests are expected to respect hostel property and facilities. Any damage caused by a guest may result in charges to cover repair or replacement costs. Spilling red wine on linens will result in a $50 fee to cover cleaning or replacement.

10. Liability Disclaimer

RTW Hostel provides lockers for guest use; however:

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
  • RTW Hostel is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property within the hostel.

Guests are encouraged to use lockers and exercise caution with valuables.

11. Alcohol and Social Activities

Alcohol consumption is permitted within the hostel. RTW Hostel promotes a social and welcoming environment; however, guests must respect all house rules and quiet hours. All social activity must remain respectful of other guests and comply with quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

12. Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted anywhere within RTW Hostel. This includes guest rooms, dormitories, and common areas.

13. Length of Stay

There is no maximum stay limit at RTW Hostel, provided that guests continue to respect the hostel’s rules and maintain appropriate behavior.

14. Website Use

The content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of RTW Hostel unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce website content without permission.

15. Limitation of Liability

RTW Hostel is not responsible for:

  • Personal injury occurring on the property due to guest negligence
  • Loss or theft of personal belongings
  • Interruptions to services caused by circumstances beyond our control

Guests agree to use the hostel facilities at their own risk.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or hostel services shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Puerto Rico.
